Samyang XEEN CF 50mm T1.5 Cine Lens Overview
The Samyang XEEN CF 50mm T1.5 is a full-frame cine prime with a carbon-fibre barrel that keeps weight low for gimbals and drones. It uses Samyang's X-Coating to control flare, has an 11-blade iris and luminous focus markings, and shares gear positions with the rest of the XEEN CF set.
Key Features
Carbon-Fibre Barrel
A light, strong barrel reduces weight on gimbals, drones and handheld rigs.
X-Coating Technology
Multi-layer coating reduces flare and ghosting for clean contrast.
Matched Gears
Consistent gear positions across the XEEN CF set mean no follow-focus adjustments between lenses.
Ideal Applications
A good normal prime for gimbal and drone work, narrative and commercial productions on full-frame and Super 35 cameras.
